Patient Care
We expect our patients to participate in their own health
care. We encourage you to ask questions during your visits
and contact us with any post-visit questions. It is also
important that you follow the course of treatment prescribed.
If you feel a particular course of treatment and/or medication
is not working for you, we need to know.
Finances
Payment of your portion of the office visit in the form of
copays, deductibles, co-insurance portions and non-covered
services must be paid at the time services are rendered.
You will be billed for any remaining balance after claim
processing. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and
debit cards for your convenience.
We recommend you verify your insurance benefits prior to
your visit to our office. Many plans now have copay benefits
for office visits and deductible/co-insurance benefits for
other services rendered during an office visit.
